4月0日，海关总署、农业农村部发布《关于防止玻利维亚新城疫传入我国的公告》，禁止直接或间接从玻利维亚拉巴斯省输入禽类及其相关产品（源于禽类未经加工或者虽经加工但仍有可能传播疫病的产品）；禁止寄递或携带来自玻利维亚拉巴斯省的禽类及其产品入境。一经发现，一律作退回或销毁处理等。本公告自发布之日起实施。
